What’s going on in your reality right now?

Good stuff? Challenging stuff? Life’s flowing nicely stuff?

Whatever it is, your internal reality, has attracted that external reality.

Your vibe attracts a matching vibe.

That’s a lovely notion when things are going really well, and an annoying one though, for when things are going not quite right!

Some areas of your life can be good and then some can be tricky, all at the same time!

So working out “why would I be attracting that tricky situation in my life” can be a bit of a skill.

So here is my process

1. First of all, embrace the present moment.

This tricky situation is happening because it’s meant to be happening.

2. Quietly reflect.

How does this situation make you feel?

3. What is the negative belief you have around this situation?

eg I’m rejected, I’m not valued, I’m an idiot, I’m not enough, not supported etc

4. When else (in your younger years), have you felt this negative belief before in your life?

Sink into that time, that situation, those feelings.

5. What would your higher wise self say to you about that situation?

Is that belief REALLY TRUE in all areas of your life?

Are you really worthless, stupid, not valuable, not enough?

6. Are there any lessons you have learnt from that situation?

Embrace the lesson.

7. Now, squash that negative belief with facts about your good positive qualities.

What are they?

8. Flip the script. Make a positive statement that YOU WOULD LIKE to have VIBRATING in your BODY!

eg. I am valuable, I am smart, I am enough, I am supported, welcomed appreciated!!”

9. Say your new POSITIVE belief OFTEN, and imagine FEELING GOOD ABOUT IT, to ATTRACT more positive situations that you would like to have around this issue.

10. KEEP YOUR VIBE UP HIGH throughout the day, by thinking of the favourite blessings in your life.
