All is well All is well

How are you going?

You know stressful situations are going to happen in your life, you know that, but

“All is well, all is well. Everything is working out for my highest good.

Whenever you’re in a stressful situation, instead of over thinking and over worrying, PAUSE, take an energy break and say this to yourself. “All is well, all is well. Everything is working out for my highest good…”

Whatever has happened, was meant to happen (because it did!) so PAUSING and then calming yourself with those words, STOPS your energy ‘vibrating’ at worry/fear/panic mode. (Because then you attract more worry/fear/panic into your life).

This is hard to do at first, but you will get better at it!

Louise says to say those words, then wait for the universe to sort it out. (You may have to keep saying it over and over till it does.) And then when it’s sorted, say thankyou!

You can do this energy work yourself, (ie change your energy), in order to keep your own energy frequency ‘up high’, with good positive vibes!
