Your thoughts create your feelings or is it the other way around?
Did you have the thought first, then the feeling or was it the feeling first then the thought?
This is all split second stuff.
Lets go with thoughts first.
Thought – I’m uncertain that everything will be ok , I feel not safe (ish) – Emotion – WORRY, FEAR
Thought – Everything is a struggle, I feel overwhelmed – Emotion – DIS-EMPOWERMENT
Thought – I should have done this, I shouldn’t have done that, I feel bad – Emotion – GUILT
When you have days like this, QUICKLY make an energy shift before you gather more negative momentum!
Because when we are like this ,(with like attracts like), YOU WILL NO DOUBT, attract more situations where you can feel worry, fear, dis-empowerment or guilt!
So notice that you’re thinking like this and STOP!
Try these 4 things to make an energy break for your body and mind
- Immediately think of something that makes you feel good, eg the beach, a holiday, your pet
- Take 3 sighs
- Have a nap
- Meditate, meditate, meditate
