Sound vibration. Let’s say soothing sound vibration.

Typical soothing sound vibes such as, waves crashing on the beach, waterfalls flowing over rocks, birds tweeting at dusk, the thumping beat of your favorite song or the sounds and vibes of singing bowls and tuning forks, all re-set your energy pathways and help you to snap out of it!

Doing things that you love, love doing (that nourish you), regularly, also help you to snap out and re-balance your energy.

And as they say in eastern healing, when your energy is in balance, your world is effortless!
