How are things going?

‘Triggers’ and heart healing stuff, have been flowing in my kinesiology door lately!

Bloody triggers, ‘augh’! (Things that set you off, irritate you, bother you, rile you) They’re a killer, and they are almost always connected to heart centre issues of love, forgiveness, grief, rejection, compassion.

So I’m doing a group SOUND ENERGY HEALING MEDITATION CIRCLE down the west coast at Fairhaven, Victoria, on
