Adrenal Fatigue – Are you adrenally exhausted?

Have you heard of Adrenal Fatigue?


It’s a term that’s being used for being constantly exhausted, physically tired, emotionally drained, ‘just can’t seem to get on top of things’, life seems go go go and by the end of the day you are falling asleep on the couch in front of the TV. You then go to bed (or stay there) and wake up not refreshed, ready to repeat the day!

Thrown in with this, there could have been a couple of life changing events or traumas. Your feelings are mixed. You may feel anxious, guilty or worried. Life is busy but you sometimes feel a bit bored and uninspired. There’s not a lot of time for pleasure or joy. Sometimes you have a bit of fun, but not much!

You feel tired all day. You are grumpy like a baby who hasn’t had his nap! You try to look after yourself with good food and exercise but sometimes you don’t because you can’t be bothered!




The adrenals glands produce stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol. We use these hormones to keep us alert and on the look out for danger. They are part of our fight/flight response which helps us to survive when we are in stressful conditions.


The trouble is because our world today is so fast and busy, the adrenals are kicking in all the time with not enough time for the body to recover in between.




You need to take the stress out of your body to allow it to heal.

Kinesiology is great for soothing the central nervous system.

You may need a couple of sessions to help with your Adrenal Fatigue!

I am writing to tell you there is hope and there is a chance to find peace! Denise and her beautiful energy and the healing power of kinesiology have changed and continue to change my life.

For as long as I can remember I have felt an uneasiness within myself, a feeling that wherever I was I didn't fit in. Whether it was with family, friends, school or work. I always felt as if I didn't belong. I wasn't funny enough, pretty enough, smart enough, never enough. I was always hard on myself with constant negative self talk about how I could be better. Get a better job, be a better wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend. If I do this then I will be valued, will I be loved? How difficult it is to find peace or contentment within ourselves when we replay in our minds and constantly remind ourselves of how we aren't good enough.

If we also stop to think for a moment that we may also be carrying with us the pain and heartaches from our ancestors or perhaps from previous lives. What hope is there for finding happiness when we carry these burdens with us?

I am no longer haunted by thoughts pushing me to do more or be more. I am enough. I do belong. Whatever I am doing and wherever I am, that is where I am meant to be. I am less anxious and I am finding improvements in all areas of my life.

I am extremely grateful for the healing and would recommend kinesiology to everybody!
