Are you an overthinker?

How are you doing?

Overthinking is this biggest cause of unhappiness, says my friend Buddha.

How true is this! Overthinking comes up in EVERY Kinesiology session I have with people.

Running scenarios over and over in your head, preparing yourself for the worst outcome so you are ready, being hard on yourself, being self critical, constant negative beliefs running rampant in your mind!! OMG so exhausting and so bad for our body and spirit. Our physical body doesn’t like it! And our energetic body doesn’t like it. We need to stop!

Your body WANTS to have feel good feelings MOST of the day. Make your dominant vibration, throughout the day, overall, positive.

When your dominant vibration is a positive vibration, you attract more positive things.


Even if your life is full of turmoil, PURPOSELY try and balance it out, by

1. thinking of feel good things as well, ie the beautiful blue sky, the feeling of warmth from the sun, smelling a beautiful rose, anything that is a feel good moment, will help ‘raise your vibration’ when your life is under stress.

2. Just say the opposite! So if you are critical on yourself, cancel it our with the opposite, ie from, oh you stupid idiot, to you are very clever! Cancel it out!

3. Overthinking is also just a BAD HABIT. When you are doing it, notice yourself doing it and then decide to stop! Right there and then. Say to yourself, I see what you’re saying, I’ll think about it for 10 seconds and then no more! Distract yourself, just stop! (Sing a song, watch comedy, do any healthy feel good thing count to 20, anything!)


If you practice those 3 things mentioned, you’ll find that you will over think LESS and LESS each week! Let me know how you go! 😀


So if ‘overthinking is this biggest cause of unhappiness’, let’s stop overthinking!


(But if you can’t stop, maybe start DREAMING of what you DO WANT instead) Do this anyway!

I am writing to tell you there is hope and there is a chance to find peace! Denise and her beautiful energy and the healing power of kinesiology have changed and continue to change my life.

For as long as I can remember I have felt an uneasiness within myself, a feeling that wherever I was I didn't fit in. Whether it was with family, friends, school or work. I always felt as if I didn't belong. I wasn't funny enough, pretty enough, smart enough, never enough. I was always hard on myself with constant negative self talk about how I could be better. Get a better job, be a better wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend. If I do this then I will be valued, will I be loved? How difficult it is to find peace or contentment within ourselves when we replay in our minds and constantly remind ourselves of how we aren't good enough.

If we also stop to think for a moment that we may also be carrying with us the pain and heartaches from our ancestors or perhaps from previous lives. What hope is there for finding happiness when we carry these burdens with us?

I am no longer haunted by thoughts pushing me to do more or be more. I am enough. I do belong. Whatever I am doing and wherever I am, that is where I am meant to be. I am less anxious and I am finding improvements in all areas of my life.

I am extremely grateful for the healing and would recommend kinesiology to everybody!
