I’m running a workshop in February with my friend Susanna, also a kinesiologist. It’s going to be amazing!

It’s about  clearing the emotional blocks that are stopping you from being your true self and living the life that you deserve.

It should be a great weekend of healing and transformation.

The weekend should leave you feeling lighter, calmer, more centred and empowered.

What’s also great, is that you will receive  knowledge and tools that you can use at home, to help bring yourself into alignment when you are feeling out of balance.
