They talk about ‘living in the present’ or ‘being present. You read it all the time. Just be present, just don’t think about the past.
Is it happening now, no, then get on with it, over it, through it! Be present! Ahrr, how do you do it!?

This Monday we are focusing on confidence, self esteem and feeling good about ourselves, through releasing the emotion shame. Shame is a bit of a harsh word, but it just means the uncomfortable feeling you feel when you don’t have confidence or don’t feel good enough in certain situations. These issues of today have been triggered from somewhere in the past. So lets clear them!
