I’m running a one hour Group Energy and Sound Healing Balance, next week, with our Reiki practioner, Aurora, on Saturday 20th July!

We’ll be using kinesiology techniques that identify and clear negative emotions, beliefs and stress, using tools such as  sound vibration, visualization and colour, along side reiki energy healing throughout the session.

 

It will be a lovely introduction to energy healing for those who haven’t tried energy work before or a good accompaniment to your usual energy clearing sessions. Or it’s just great to lie on the floor for an hour! Lol
